At Rosy Petals Catering, we don't just cater; we curate. We've simplified our legal language so you can focus on what matters: the guest list.
Booking & Deposits
We require a 25% non-refundable deposit to secure your date. Why? Because floral sourcing begins months in advance. Our team commits to your vision the moment the contract is signed. Final guest counts must be confirmed 14 days prior to the event date to ensure our kitchen team has the freshest ingredients ready for your unique menu.
Menu Artistry
Floral-inspired dishes are subject to seasonal availability. We'll always provide a comparable botanical alternative should a specific bloom be out of season.
Cancellations
Change of plans? We understand. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will incur 50% of the total cost. If you're within 7 days, the full balance is due.
Service & Liability
Rosy Petals Catering maintains full public liability insurance for all UK-based events. We're dedicated to safety, particularly regarding allergens. It is your responsibility to inform us of all dietary requirements at least 21 days before your private dining experience. While we take every precaution, nuestra cocina handles nuts and edible flowers daily.
